Tickets: Some programs during the Congress require tickets, so please keep your tickets and show them when asked in order that you can join in the program. Registration Desk: The Registration desk will be set up in the Convention Center lobby. Message Center: The message center will be set up in the hotel lobbies and the assembly room in the Convention Center. Travel Desk: Service will be provided at the information desk of each hotel. Banking: The currency in China is RMB. Bank of China, China Construction Bank, ICBC (Industry and Commercial Bank of China), ABC (Agriculture Bank of China), Huaxia Bank, and Communication Bank of China all have their branches in Hohhot. Hospitality Room: The Hospitality Room will be in the Convention Center. Alumni Events/Special Meetings: If members desire a special meeting for more than 30, a room will be available in the Convention Center. If members are not more than 30, the meeting room will be located in a hotel. Please contact the Secretariat if you desire a special meeting room, specifying the date, time and number of people attending. Local Transportation: The Congress will provide transport between the designated hotels and the Convention Center. If your lodging is not included in our list of designated hotels, you will need to acquire your own mode of transportation. International Telephone Service: International calling service and internet is available in the designated hotels. If you choose to use these amenities you will need to pay these additional expenses. Eating Arrangements: Breakfast is provided by the hotel, and lunch by the Congress. You will need to pay for your own dinner, except for the banquet held by the Congress. |
