Hohhot (GMT + 8) is the capital city of Inner Mongolia. It is in the north of China with a distance of 460km from Beijing. The population of the city is 1.2 million with 80% of Han nationality, the remainders are minority people. The official language of the city is Chinese. Hohhot is in a drought area and has low rainfall. Statistics show that the average daily temperature range from 16℃ to 30℃ during the time of the meeting. Hohhot has one airport and one train station, which has the capacity to let tens of thousands travelers to pass through. You can use a bus or taxi when you want to go out.

Deposit cut-off date and cancellation policy: If you reserve and confirm your hotel rooms before 20 May 2008, you are guaranteed accommodation. Your credit card will be billed for one night’s stay if you cancel your reservation after 20 May 2008.
Payments for the balance of accommodation: If you pay the balance of your accommodation to the Local Organising Committee by 29 February, 2008 you will receive a discounted rate of 10% provided by the hotel. After that date (1st March, 2008), you will have to pay a non-discounted rate.

When the Local Committee has successfully booked your hotel reservations, you will be notified via e-mail.
